Poppet Magick " The Little Spirit Doll "
The little soul or spirit doll you make to look exactly like yourself ( or as close as possible ), as well as if you are working on another individual. Once the doll is made it literally becomes you, or an extension of the person you've made it for. It needs to be treated like a child. Do not abandon it for a long period of time, nor leave it where people you don't trust can easily harm it. The clothes need to be kept clean and the environment as well. These dolls are made with parts of yourself ( or said individual ). Braid strands of hair into it's hair. Sew your finger nails into its fingers, etc. Boneset tea is the traditionl stuffing for these dolls.
Head: a piece of brain coral, favorite head scarf, or a bundle of your own hair ( or said indivdual ).
Spine: cardboard reinforced with wire, fish vertibrae, several small thread spools on a stick, wipe it with some of your own spit or sweat.
Heart: A little red heart bag is made with dirt from your home, sugar, and blood pricked from your own finger, an Adam and Eve root, a piece of rose quartz.
Lungs: two pieces of sponge with your breath on them, two balloons with some seasame seeds in them.
Intestines: White yarn soaked in vegetable juice
Kindeys: Two pieces of clay mixed with your urine ( or said individuals )
Breasts and Uterus: A small ball of cotton with seeds soaked in milk, a ball of cotton with pear seeds soaked in menstrual blood, pubic hair.
Penis: Raccoon penis bone rubbed with semen, Short stick from your home rubbed with semen.
Arms and Legs: Chicken bones and body hair
Hands and Feet: Nail clippings, match sticks and tooth picks for the fingers and toes.
Give the doll a secret name and cover it for 9 days. On the nineth day have a party for your doll. Invite close friends, ancestors, spirits and introduce the doll to them. Make your intention known to them.
Put the doll on you altar and feed him or her. Give it water and a candle. Have conversations with your doll. If you talk to your doll about problems you can expect two things; 1) Nobody will lie to you, 2) your business won't be dragged through the streets. Beyond that give your doll what you are asking for. If you want $100 give him/her 100 pennies and ask yur doll to multiply it. The same goes for healing, love, cleansing someone from a distance. Be creative with your doll and your process.
