The visions, the messages, everything she's been blessing me with has been incredibly refreshing, empowering and has charged me up! Always start in the North. Take up your stag, holding it down, willing your energy and intent into your compass round, you are going to walk three times around your working space, counter clock wise! You are inviting things in with you. Weather it be your Ancestors, the energies, the elementals, Fae folk, etc.. as you go around your working space making the " hisssssing " noise like a snake coiling around the spine intone this chant.....
